CSR
Community-focused activities lie at the heart of our social initiatives, which we gear toward sustainability in every sense of the word.
At betPawa, we are proud to empower and give back to communities. Doing this, we encourage everyone to dream BIG and give them unique opportunities to achieve their goals.
We’ve done this through countless initiatives, such as “Dream Maker” and many others through the years, with the most recent activity being the Freetown Beach Clean up in Sierra Leone, in partnership with the Tourist Board.
The importance of betting responsibly is constantly championed at betPawa through a combination of consistent messaging reinforcing the need to treat betting as a leisure activity, easy-to-use self-exclusion measures to help customers stop and partnerships with independent specialists who provide compassionate counselling.
betPawa prides itself on offering Africa’s best customer service. A dedicated team of agents, speaking over 200 languages between them, work around the clock to offer localised support in each of the countries the brand operates in.
