Whistleblowing policy
We want every pawaTech team member to be empowered by the knowledge that any concerns they raise will be fully investigated and addressed with complete anonymity.
Whispli is the platform through which anyone can safely create a Suspicious Activity, Whistleblowing or Bribery & Corruption Report. You can start a new report or get a status update on an existing one at any hour of any day.
Unless you choose to disclose your identity, reporting is entirely anonymous. Even if you do include your name, your confidentiality will be respected throughout the process and after it.
How do I create a whistleblowing report?
We’ve made the process safe and simple.
Go to this link, select Suspicious Activity Report, Whistleblowing Report or Bribery & Corruption Report and follow the straightforward steps at your own pace.
It’s completely up to you whether to report anonymously or include your name. Your report will be investigated with the same urgency regardless, and you’ll be shown the utmost discretion.
Whispli is an independent website that doesn’t store IP addresses, uses high-grade AES256 encryption and removes meta data from files, so you can report with total confidence.
When should I create a report?
This is a platform for reporting wrongdoing such as criminal offences, legal non-compliance, miscarriages of justice, cover ups or actions endangering health, safety or the environment. It shouldn’t be used for customer complaints or personal disputes.
Generally, we’d encourage employees and partners to trust their instincts. If you think it’s something that needs addressing, it’s better to speak up than to stay silent out of uncertainty.

Did you know?
The EU’s Whistleblowing Directive makes it a legal requirement for companies to provide a secure and accessible whistleblowing tool on their website to ensure confidentiality and ease of reporting for employees, contractors, suppliers and the public.
